Delta Live was delighted to provide full event production for a spectacular birthday celebration held within the iconic surroundings of The National Gallery, creating an unforgettable experience across some of the venue’s most beautiful spaces.
Guests were welcomed with elegant atmospheric lighting across the Portico Entrance, leading through the magnificent Mosaic Staircase and into the Central Hall, where we created a warm and inviting setting for the pre-dinner drinks reception. Our production included discreet wireless PA systems for speeches and background music, ensuring seamless audio while preserving the grandeur of the historic surroundings.
The celebration continued into the stunning Barry Rooms and beneath the Dome, where carefully designed architectural lighting enhanced the beauty of these remarkable spaces, complementing the evening’s luxurious ambience.
Following dinner, guests made their way to Annenberg Court, transformed into a vibrant late-night party destination. Delta Live supplied a full DJ PA and production package, including an elegant curved gold mirrored DJ booth, professional stage, black gloss dance floor, and dynamic party lighting to create the perfect atmosphere for dancing well into the early hours.
This exceptional event was made possible through the collaboration of ARC Events and an outstanding team of suppliers. Beautiful floral installations by Mary Jane Vaughan brought colour and elegance throughout the venue, while By Word of Mouth delivered exceptional catering and bar service. Stylish furniture supplied by Velvet Living completed the sophisticated setting, resulting in a truly memorable celebration.
